Aids Locations

I found this map at AidsInAfrica.net. It gives a good idea of the most heavily effected regions of Africa in regards to HIV. In botswana, in 2000, it was as high as 38%. Can you imagine? You walk down the street and almost every other face you see is one of an HIV positive person.

In the united state the number is around .3% (cases/citizens). Meaning for every 300 people you see, 1 of them is infected with HIV.
